BioPhos®74 solution neutralizes immediately due to its high buffer capacitiy in the physiological pH-value of 7,4 and is very gentle because of lack of any exogenous ingredients such as preservatives. As BioPhos®74 is adapted to the extracellular electrolyte condition of the human tissue, it largely prevents secondary cell damage upon rinsing.

In case of chemical burns of eye and skin caused by intense acid or alkaline solution BioPhos®74 acts immediately as a result of the high buffer capacity. The sterile solution is available in a manageable bottle (250 ml) and is ideal to use for fast primary care. The integrated ergonomic eye cup enables easy and proper utilization, also for non-professionals as well as injured persons without any further assistance. After applying BioPhos®74 it is necessary to rinse the affected area with physiological sodium chloride solution (0,9%) or water.
BioPhos®74 is fast acting and preserves the electrolyte balance by exclusive use of natural substances wich are subject of the physiological metabolism and are highly equate to the extracellular sodium-potassium ratio.
